Jeffrey S. Alexander concentrates his practice on commercial real estate development and finance transactions of all types, including acquisitions, dispositions, lending and leasing.  Prior to joining Firsel Ross Gussis & Alexander, Mr. Alexander practiced at the law firm of Shaw Gussis in Chicago, and was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP.  While at Shaw Gussis, Mr. Alexander specialized in the representation of commercial real estate lenders in the origination of conduit loans.

• Representation of national hotel developers and operators with respect to acquisitions, financing, franchising, purchasing and dispositions.
