Margaret Gienko graduated from DePaul College of Law in May of 2022, Summa Cum Laude, and was nominated for membership in Order of the Coif. During her time at DePaul, Margaret was an active member of the DePaul Business Law Clinic and obtained a Business Law Certificate, focusing on business and real estate matters. As a research assistant and teacher’s assistant for two consecutive semesters, Margaret developed a passion for teaching and updating the law and content found within DePaul’s first year Property Law textbooks. Margaret comes from a background of extensive real estate development and management experience. Margaret currently represents clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.
